The Histories of AI mailing list connects more than six hundred researchers and practitioners from around the globe, including scholars in New Zealand, Malaysia, Canada, China, India, Russia, South Africa, Europe, the UK, the U.S., and Brazil. Roughly one third are established faculty members, half graduate students or early career researchers, and the remainder located in policy, advocacy, government, or industry. Together with this community, we've developed various projects that incorproate learning from the Seminar. These include:
- Histories of AI: A Model Syllabus
- Community bibliography (v1, Spring 2020)
- A series of public events and summer school
- A special issue of new scholarly work developed in the course of the project was subsequently published in BJHS Themes with the title Histories of Artificial Intelligence: A Genealogy of Power.
